1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fa77 ("fa77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at fa77.ws. These Terms govern all access to and use of the fa77 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account services, payment processing, and customer support functions.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on fa77, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm unequivocally that:

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their location, the device used to access the platform, or the type of activity undertaken on fa77 (betting, casino, slots, or any other service).

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

fa77 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of fa77 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. fa77 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all locations. 2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account on fa77, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport);
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Active mobile phone number registered in your name;
• Residential address in Bangladesh;
• Mobile wallet details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on fa77. If fa77 determines that a player has registered or is operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation, and bonuses credited to any of the related accounts may be voided.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fa77 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fa77 will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified fa77 of a security breach via the official support email at [email protected] prior to the activity occurring. fa77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security.

3.2 KYC Verification

fa77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal request is processed:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposits;
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document.

fa77 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, while a KYC verification request is outstanding. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fa77 account at any time by contacting customer support via email at [email protected]. fa77 will process account closure requests within three (3) business days. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered mobile wallet, subject to KYC clearance.

fa77 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, chargebacks, or failure to comply with KYC requests.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fa77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile wallet providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fa77 does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfer.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your fa77 account within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation in normal operating conditions.
• fa77 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply transaction fees according to their own terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile wallet from which the most recent deposit was made and which is registered in your own name.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) daytime hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
• fa77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected on the account.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. fa77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

fa77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general conditions and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your fa77 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified in the promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or at zero percent toward meeting the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fa77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using bonus funds primarily on low-risk or hedging bet combinations to minimise variance, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, and making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention of using the platform recreationally.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

fa77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the fa77 website. fa77 also reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from a specific account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the player is not genuinely eligible for that promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on fa77 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the fa77 platform. Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA). In the event of a result dispute, fa77's decision is final.

fa77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, insider information, match-fixing, or where an error in pricing has occurred. Bets placed on voided markets will be refunded at stake.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to fa77's real-time risk management system. fa77 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice. Bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant in-play event — due to latency, connection issues, or any other technical cause — may be voided at fa77's discretion.

6.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games available on fa77 — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — operate according to the individual game rules published within each game interface. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa77 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using a fa77 account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one fa77 account;
• Using third-party funds or mobile wallets not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the fa77 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or other corrupt activity in connection with bets placed on fa77;
• Using fa77 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fa77 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or republish any part of the fa77 platform.

fa77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any associated balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fa77 platform — including but not limited to the fa77 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of fa77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fa77 platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any fa77 content for commercial purposes;
• Creating derivative works based on fa77 content;
• Using the fa77 brand name or logo in any context not expressly authorised by fa77 in writing;
• Scraping or data-mining any part of the fa77 platform.

Any unauthorised use of fa77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

fa77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on fa77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fa77 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the fa77 servers. fa77 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where fa77 has not been negligent in its security obligations;
• Decisions made by players in connection with their betting or gaming activity on fa77.

Nothing in these Terms limits fa77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

fa77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all players. fa77 recognises that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support those players.

11.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;

12.2 Suspension & Termination by fa77

fa77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where fa77 determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or fa77's obligations.

12.3 Termination by the Player

Players may terminate their fa77 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including the resolution of any pending bets, withdrawal requests, or KYC processes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fa77 platform, fa77 encourages players to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the fa77 customer support team at [email protected].

fa77 aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to resolve complaints within 28 calendar days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, escalation options will be communicated to the affected player.

For the avoidance of doubt, bet settlement decisions made by fa77 in accordance with the published rules of the relevant sport or game are final and not subject to reversal via the dispute resolution process.
